Dr. Alexa Castrodad, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for infants, children, and adolescents. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed her pediatric residency at San Juan City Hospital. She subsequently completed fellowship training in Pediatric Integrative Medicine, expanding her expertise in combining conventional medicine with evidence-informed integrative approaches to support children’s overall health and well-being.
Dr. Alexa Castrodad is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and believes in partnering with families to promote healthy growth and development. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, infant nutrition, child development, and evidence-based integrative pediatrics.
