Thank you for your response on my earlier review. Well this subject is not about the employment, but since you mentioned about my tantrums i would like to remind you I left your office and have no regret any any point, it helped me to grow myself, you don't deserve good employees and that's the truth. Well, I m wondering how my husband received a call after 2 days and immediately after my 1st google review, that shows your care for your patient, i wish you would have chosen to be professional with my child over your attitude!!! I will not tolerate anything when it comes to my child, and I would never say you have taken good care about him at all. I always like Dr Pompy, she is very good and professional. Keep your ego and attitude a side and treat patinents equally!!!
I never wanted to write this review, but unfortunately, I have to. My son is patient with Doctor Mehrotra from 2019. I was an employee at his office, so despite discontinuing working for him, I kept going for my son. It's been 4 years since my son has high billirubin in every annual exam, I was told nothing to worry, I never received a call from the doctor but always Nurse use to call, this time luckily doctor Pompy gone through his report and told me to repeat the test, since the test again came high billi, she recommend to se GI. We did visit GI, and bloodsport came, and I wanted to discuss the result with Dr Mehrotra as we decided to change the GI doctor due to some issues, so thought will check with the Pediatrician before I go to different GI, since yesterday I called office back and forth to see if we can talk to the doctor, even i texted him on his personal phone number, but he never responded at all. At least as a courtesy, he should have responded back. I understand being a doctor he must be busy, but it's his moral responsibility to response to the patient if the patient has any questions related to health or want to talk, anyways I m.going to change the doctor and would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I wish I would have discontinued form last year itself!! All the best to them who still goes, as this office never picks up the calls, and if by luck they do, doctor never calls back!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! Upon entering the parking lot, it’s impossible not to notice the silhouettes where vinyl pictures of cartoon children previously adorned their glass store front. Walking into the office, it felt like a crappy TV show set. For a pediatricians office, wouldn’t one expect a TV, some toys for the kids or even at minimum some music playing? Well there were none of those things. The decor inside was sad. Miscellaneous pictures of cartoons characters that were too small for the walls so it was clear that no care went into decorating an office for children. The only thing in the lobby is an huge advertisement for a yoga facility. Our appointment was for 11:30am and the doctor didn’t come into the room until 12:23pm. I am sure it would have taken longer if I didn’t open the door and stand in the doorway with my arms crossed and my young kids screaming from boredom in the completely bare exam room. No pictures or anything. The doctor came in and told me that my daughter was missing a Hep A shot, which she wasn’t and I told her she wasn’t missing it. She then corrected herself saying it was my son who was missing it but he wasn’t either! I told her they just needed flu shots for starting a new school and that was it. She tried to prescribe vitamins without asking me if I needed them as well as Zyrtec which I told her we also didn’t need. I needed to stand outside the door in the hallway AGAIN for the nurse to remember that she needed to give my kids their shot. The admins/nurses had the dept of education forms for both kids and told me they’d get the forms filled out and emailed to me the next day. That night, I got a call that they would not fill them out unless I paid $10 PER FORM. Total extortion. On top of that, they didn’t fill it out with my kids flu shots and date of shot on there and I had to call back again requesting a note from them for each child to add to the shot record. This facility is deplorable. Obvious money grabbing, uncaring crooks. I heard another father ask if they were all finished because the doctor just walked out of the room and didn’t tell him they were done!!! This place was unbelievable and I’ll never go there again. I suggest anyone reading this does the same. I’ll leave everyone with the most inappropriate thing I’ve ever seen in a place that works with children. Disgusting. I have been taking my children here for 10+ years. The medical professionals such as the assistants, nurses, and Dr Pompy are all great people but the secretary need more training and the operating hours are seldom updated. Numerous times I have tried to call the office and they were “open” on Google but closed in person. This applies to the Edison office too as their operating hours were not displayed on Google, but rather on a piece of paper taped to the door. On the website it says “call us anytime” so I called the office number at 12:50 today regarding a vaccine my child received and after 20 mins was greeted with “Ma’am the office is closed they will be open at 9 am Monday.” I responded “Okay that’s fine Google said you’re open until 1:30—“ and I was interrupted with “I said the office is closed” and she hung up. I wanted to know if the office was open at 9 or 9:30 on Monday but was cut off before I could even finish my sentence. I’ve only started encountering these problems within the past 3 years but it is disappointing.

Original review: I tried My whole child pediatrics in Piscataway basis on the recommendations from a Facebook groups. I would like to share my feedback so if someone like me looking for a pediatrician avoid them at any cost. I have never seen a medical facility this filthy in the USA. There was no such thing as cleaning. In the patient room there was a thick layer of dust on the main equipments they use to do the preliminary diagnosis. Also the room door and walls had dark saffron color stains all over. We had to wait for atleast an hour in the lobby, where we could hear the front office staff getting calls and how they were just putting those calls on hold right away as they were discussing what to cook at home tonight or who is coming for on the weekend. In short a scene from a government hospital in a village in India. The doctor was fine and courteous but she was too quick to diagnose that my kid might need to remove his tonsils, like literally in 30 seconds, she concluded. After this visit we had to go back to the primary care we used for years in Jersey City. Our child was treated for common cold and flu as usual and never had anything to do with his tonsils. Also we found a great clinic in East Brunswick. Parents should make their decision wisely.
