I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited 115 minutes for a simple flu shot appointment for my child. This was a scheduled appointment, not a walk-in. What makes this even more frustrating is that we did not see the doctor at all. After waiting nearly two hours, a nurse simply came in to administer the shot. The entire process took just a few minutes. There was no explanation for the delay and very little communication from the staff. I understand that offices can get busy, but waiting almost two hours for a quick nurse visit is unacceptable. It feels like the office may be overbooking appointments or not managing the schedule properly. If one provider cannot handle the patient volume, the scheduling system needs to be adjusted. Patients’ time is valuable, especially when bringing children in for routine care. I hope the office improves its scheduling and communication so other families do not have the same experience.

It was our first time at this office, with doctor Naveen Mehrotra. We had a wonderful experience with the front desk to wait time. The doctor is very attentive and understanding. While being there we witnessed he is very nice with children from babies to the teen. My son is 15 and for the first time, the vaccination didn't hurt him. Manisha is very good at it so definitely needs a special mention.

We absolutely love our pediatrician. The doctor is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and gentle with children. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never rush the visit. The staff is welcoming and helpful, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. We feel very confident bringing our child here and highly recommend this practice.

Very nice place for kids. We are working with Dr Naveen since 2019. I have two kids. Dr. Naveen take care both of them. He is very smart, educated, patience doctor an answer all questions if you have any as parents. He takes time to check everything about your kid’s health. Manisha always work with Dr Naveen. She is very kind, respectful for parents. Take care everything very smoothly. She is very good what she does

Dr. Safi, Sujata and the whole staff is very helpful and have always taken great care of us. They answer all questions patiently which is important to our patients at ease.
