Dr. Maggie Love, a Philadelphia native, brings a wealth of experience and compassion to My Whole Child Pediatrics. After earning her B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, she returned home to Philadelphia to complete her Medical Degree at Temple University. Inspired by her mother’s dedication to education, her father’s journey as a veteran to obtain his college degree, and her passion for pediatrics, Dr. Love pursued her residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, where she developed her commitment to the unique circumstances and needs of each child and family.

Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 2009, Dr. Love has over a decade of experience, primarily serving the Newark, NJ, community. In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Love draws upon her personal experiences as a mother of three active daughters, including twins, giving her a profound understanding of the joys and challenges faced by parents and children alike.

Driven by a holistic approach to child wellness and a dedication to continuous learning, Dr. Love is thrilled to join My Whole Child Pediatrics. She is currently exploring a Master’s in Social Work to deepen her support for families navigating life's complexities. Having experienced the challenges of COVID-19 and significant personal transitions, Dr. Love is committed to promoting resilience and well-being for families in her care.
