Highly, highly recommend MyWholeChild Pediatrics. My daughter went for care there from age 2 through 6, and received excellent care all along. Dr. Mehrotra and Dr. Pompy have excellent bedside manners and engage with kids in a very friendly, reassuring manner. My kid loved them and the comforting environment they provided. The support staff is excellent too. Appointments are generally available and after-hours care/consultation and service over the phone is very reliable too.

Dr. Malhotra demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern during my visit. The staff was courteous, efficient, and very supportive throughout the entire process. I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited 115 minutes for a simple flu shot appointment for my child. This was a scheduled appointment, not a walk-in. What makes this even more frustrating is that we did not see the doctor at all. After waiting nearly two hours, a nurse simply came in to administer the shot. The entire process took just a few minutes. There was no explanation for the delay and very little communication from the staff. I understand that offices can get busy, but waiting almost two hours for a quick nurse visit is unacceptable. It feels like the office may be overbooking appointments or not managing the schedule properly. If one provider cannot handle the patient volume, the scheduling system needs to be adjusted. Patients’ time is valuable, especially when bringing children in for routine care. I hope the office improves its scheduling and communication so other families do not have the same experience.
